In 2008 our partner, Alan Bayley had a book published by leading legal publishers, Thomson W. Green titled “Financial Provision on Divorce and Dissolution of Civil Partnerships”. This is a comprehensive guide to the complex issue of the way that finances are to be divided when a couple separate and considers all relevant legislation and cases. It also provides good examples of how the rules operate in practice.
Our associate, Ruth McCall was also closely involved in the detailed research involved in writing the book.
